Boleslaw Zenczak A.I.A

Principal

 

Mr. Zenczak was born in Seattle and raised in Oregon. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon in 1976, Mr. Zenczak relocated to Tacoma. 

 

He and his wife, Ann, are residents of Tacoma.  They have two children—a son who owns a design-build firm in Portland, Oregon, and a daughter who lives in Tacoma and is employed by the United Way. 

 

Mr. Zenczak is a registered architect in both Oregon and Washington and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a former president of the local chapter, Fircrest Golf Club, Tacoma Lawn Tennis Club, board member at Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates, and participates in various community activities and service clubs. His hobbies include golf, golf & more golf, and if you still don’t get the point, he loves golf!

Rick Adams, LEED AP

Mr. Adams joined ZPA in 1996 after having worked for several architectural firms in his hometown of Salinas,California. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis.  

 

Mr. Adams brings a detail-oriented design background, having worked for several high profile clients in the Monterey Peninsula area.  He has worked on various diverse projects including the facelift of Centralia Outlets, lead designer of America’s Credit Union, as well as several Columbia Bank projects.  

 

Mr. Adams is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional.  He and his wife, Amy, have three adult children attending college in three diffedrent time zones. He spends much of his free time playing music and supporting youth baseball in the south Puget Sound area.
